TUNC.AI / Tunc Art guides

Share a file your AI made with a private link

Every file an agent saves to Tunc Art gets a short link. People sign in to open it; outside your account it needs a password you set.

Updated

AI agents make reports, spreadsheets, decks, images and video, and then the file sits in a chat or on one computer. Attaching it to an email copies it out of your control; a public link lets anyone in. Tunc Art gives every file a short private link, such as tuncart.com/RLWAXW, that only the right people can open.

  • You, and people the file is shared with through a Tunc Hub workspace, after signing in with their Tunc account.
  • The link is an address, not a key: a link alone never opens the file.
  • Anyone else needs a password that you, the person who made the file, turn on from its page. An AI cannot turn it on. A password opens the file for 30 minutes at a time, and turning sharing off ends every open session at once.

What people see

  • Images, video, audio, PDFs and web pages (sandboxed, so scripts never run) open in the page; text, Markdown, JSON, CSV and code show as plain text. Word, Excel, PowerPoint, archives and other files show their name, type and size with a Download button.
  • Download always returns the exact bytes, with resumable ranges for large files.
  • Active formats such as HTML open in a sandbox with no access to the viewer's account.

How long files stay

Files uploaded through the API or MCP are kept 30 days on the free plan and 365 days with paid storage. When your storage is full, the oldest files are removed to make room for new ones, and your account lists what was removed.
