Tunc Art examples and agent setup prompts
Three working setups for Tunc Art, each with a prompt your agent follows: a report as one private link, finding and reading saved files, and script uploads.
Updated
Each setup below starts with a prompt you paste to your agent, so the agent does the work. Keep API keys out of prompts: give them to your tools as environment variables or secrets. The Tunc Art docs have every call; this page has setups that work.
Let your agent connect to Tunc Art
In Claude, the quickest way is a prefilled link. It opens Add custom connector with the name and URL filled in; check them and confirm.
Add Tunc Art to ClaudeClaude’s Free plan allows one custom connector. On Team and Enterprise an Owner adds it.
In Claude Code, Cursor or any agent that can run commands or change its own settings, paste this. It adds the connection, waits while you sign in, then tests it:
Connect Tunc Art to this session. Its MCP server is https://mcp.tuncart.com/mcp. If you can run commands, run: claude mcp add --transport http tunc-art https://mcp.tuncart.com/mcp. Otherwise add it to my MCP settings. Then tell me to sign in (in Claude Code: run /mcp, choose tunc-art, then Authenticate) and wait for me to confirm. After that, test it: save a text file named test-hello.txt that says "it works", open it back, then delete it. Tell me what you did and what came back.In ChatGPT, or any app where you add connectors through menus, ask the agent to read the instructions and walk you through them:
Read https://tuncart.com/llms.txt and tell me, menu by menu, how to connect Tunc Art to this app. Use the sign-in option, not an API key. If this app needs a special mode to add connectors, tell me which. An agent can add the connection but cannot sign in for you: you approve it once in your browser and choose what it may do. The same steps for every client, if you would rather do it by hand:
| Client | Steps |
|---|---|
| claude.ai, Claude Desktop and Claude mobile | Customize → Connectors → Add custom connector → name Tunc Art, URL https://mcp.tuncart.com/mcp → Add → Connect. The Free plan allows one custom connector; on Team and Enterprise an Owner adds it under Organization settings → Connectors. This link opens the dialog with the name and URL filled in: |
| Claude Code | Add the server, then run /mcp, choose tunc-art and Authenticate. |
| ChatGPT | Settings → Apps & Connectors → Advanced → turn on Developer mode → Create → name Tunc Art, URL https://mcp.tuncart.com/mcp, Authentication OAuth → Create → Connect. |
| Cursor | Add it to ~/.cursor/mcp.json, then Settings → MCP: it shows “Needs login” → Login. |
| VS Code (Copilot) | Command Palette → MCP: Add Server → HTTP → https://mcp.tuncart.com/mcp → name tunc-art → allow the sign-in prompt. |
| Gemini CLI | Add it to settings.json, then run /mcp auth tunc-art. |
| Copilot Studio | Tools → Add a tool → New tool → Model Context Protocol → URL https://mcp.tuncart.com/mcp → Authentication OAuth 2.0, Dynamic discovery. |
Send a finished report as one private link
The job: an assistant made something people need to read, and an attachment is awkward. The setup: ask for the file and the link. The link is private to you, and you decide who else gets in.
Write a one-page summary of this conversation and save it to Tunc Art as 2026-10-project-summary.md (or as a PDF if you can make one). Give me the link and tell me when it expires. You open the link signed in to your Tunc account, and so can people you share the file with through a Tunc workspace. To send it to someone outside your account, open the file’s page and set a sharing password: the person opens the link, enters the password, and sees the file for 30 minutes at a time. An assistant cannot turn sharing on; only you can. A password works for at most 7 days or until the file expires, so set it again to extend it.
Name files with the date and subject, as above. Tunc Art keeps every file you save instead of overwriting it, so a new version is a new file, and older ones expire on their own.
Find, read and reuse what your assistants saved
The job: last month’s report, a contract PDF or a spreadsheet is in Tunc Art and you want an answer from it, not a download. The setup: ask in plain words. The assistant lists, filters and opens files. It sees images as images, PDFs as pictures of their pages (four at a time), Word, PowerPoint and email as text, spreadsheets by sheet and range, and archives one member at a time.
List my Tunc Art files from the last 7 days, newest first.Find the Q3 workbook in Tunc Art (if more than one matches, list them and ask me which) and summarize the Revenue sheet, cells A1 to F40.Find the contract PDF I saved to Tunc Art last month (if more than one could be it, list them and ask me which). Read it four pages at a time until you find what it says about termination, and stop after 40 pages to ask me.Find the images I saved to Tunc Art this month and tell me how many there are. If there are 20 or fewer, describe each one in a line. The assistant can narrow a search by name, by type (image, pdf, workbook, presentation, document and others), by created-after and created-before dates, and by order: newest, oldest, name or largest.
Publish from a script or a build
The job: a nightly export, a test run or a build produces a report nobody can find. The setup: the job uploads it to Tunc Art with an API key and prints the file id; you ask an assistant to read the newest one.
Create an API key with only the access it needs (open and upload Tunc Art files) at https://tunchub.com/account/keys/new?product=art, and store it as a secret in your CI or scheduler. Then paste this to your coding agent:
Add a step to my CI workflow that uploads build/report.pdf to Tunc Art through https://api.tuncart.com/v1/files: start the upload with the file name, type and size, PUT the bytes to the upload URL it returns, then complete the upload. Read the API key from the secret TUNC_API_KEY and never print it. Print the file id when it succeeds. Use https://tuncart.com/docs for the request shapes. Then ask any connected assistant:
Open the newest file in Tunc Art whose name contains "report" and tell me which checks failed. If it is a PDF, read all its pages.Keep a file’s id next to your notes
Tunc Orb keeps notes for your assistants. Record a file’s artifact_id there and any assistant can open the file later: the id opens it, while the link is only for people. This needs both connected.
Save this report to Tunc Art as 2026-10-weekly-report.pdf. Then update the Tunc Orb record reports/latest with the file’s artifact_id, its name, when it expires and today’s date, and give me the link.Good to know
- Files are kept 30 days on the free plan and 365 days with paid storage, and each file shows its end date. When storage is full, the oldest files are removed first and your account lists what was removed.
- A file can be up to 250 MiB. Assistants send up to 8 MiB inline and larger files through an upload URL, which your assistant handles for you.
- Deleting a file ends its link at once and cannot be undone. Ask an assistant to delete only when you want that.
- Your account page at https://tunchub.com/account shows what is stored and which agents are connected.
